Samir Bajaj

Samir Bajaj is the Staff Vice President of International Human Resources at Carelon Global Solutions. Samir supports employee connection and development across the Philippines, India, Ireland, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Samir and his team ensure that Carelon Global Solutions’ culture attracts and inspires the best talent.

Overseeing talent acquisition; learning and development; talent strategy; and diversity, equity, and inclusion, the HR team helps unleash each associate’s potential while creating an environment that makes Carelon Global Solutions an exceptional place to work.

Samir has over 25 years of experience in global human resources roles. He started his HR leadership career at The Coca-Cola Company, then pivoted to LG Electronics, GlobalFoundries, and Levi Strauss.

Samir has a master’s degree in international relations from Tufts University, and a bachelor’s in business administration from Boston University.
